Instructions

1. Cook Sidhya Siridhanya Millet until tender and allow it to cool completely.

2. Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add the cumin seeds (jeera) and let them splutter.
- 4. Add the green chillies and sauté for a few seconds until aromatic.
- 5. Stir in the steamed mixed vegetables and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- 6. Add the pulao masala, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to coat the vegetables evenly with the spices.
- 7. Add the cooked millet and gently toss everything together until well combined.
- 8. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, allowing the flavours to blend.
- 9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with raita or kadhi for a wholesome, healthy, and satisfying meal.
