This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you can cancel an order, request a refund, or exchange a product.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be cancelled by contacting us at +91 7845945371 or info@sidhyafoods.com within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- If payment has already been made, a full refund will be initiated.
After Dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- However, you may still be eligible for a refund or replacement under the conditions mentioned in Section 2.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
- You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).
- The product was lost in transit and not delivered.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind or dislike of taste/texture.
- Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
- Orders where the delivery was unsuccessful due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.
3. Refund Timelines
- Once your return/refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Net Banking).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take additional time to reflect in your account.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available only if you received a wrong or defective product.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@sidhyafoods.com with order details and photos of the product.
- Subject to stock availability, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our food products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or partially used packages.
- Products returned without proper storage conditions.
- Perishable food products that are safe and correctly delivered.
6. Shipping Charges
- If a product is eligible for a refund or replacement due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), shipping costs will be borne by us.
- If the return is initiated for reasons not attributable to us (e.g., incorrect address provided by customer), shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. How to Raise a Refund/Exchange Request
To raise a request, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number, product details, and photos (if applicable).
- Our team will verify the request and guide you through the return/refund process.
