At Sidhya Purity, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will carefully review your concern and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. All cancellations will be processed after a 20% deduction as transactional fees.
To cancel an order, please email us at hello@sidhyapurity.com, and our team will respond within 48 working hours.
For cancellations after dispatch, please inform us of the reason and refuse the order delivery before. Once our delivery partner updates the shipment status as “RTO (Return to Origin) initiated”, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be credited to the same bank account or payment method used at the time of purchase within 7 business days after receiving the returned product at our facility.
