Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked Sidhya Browntop Millet Rice with gram flour (besan).

2. Add the chopped vegetables or spring onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, and masala powder.
- 3. Mix everything well to form a thick batter. Add a little water only if required.
- 4. Add salt just before frying and mix gently.
- 5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- 6. Scoop small portions of the batter into the hot oil and deep fry until the pakodas turn golden brown and crispy.
- 7. Remove and drain on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
